We believe in a future where AI does not just assist — it acts. Startti was born so that developers, teams and curious builders can create agents that think, connect and evolve without carrying the infrastructure.
We are a small team with a big mission: to put autonomous AI in the hands of those who want to build, experiment and scale fast. Whether it is your first agent or your three hundredth, we are building it for you.

Measure before claiming
Every number we publish comes from an experiment someone else can repeat. We publish the cases where we lose, too.

Readable over magical
An agent is a document: read it, version it, audit it. Nothing important happens somewhere you cannot inspect.

Credentials are not the model’s
Our customers’ sensitive data never enters the conversation. The engine injects it into the outbound call, and the model never sees it.

Close to whoever operates it
We work next to the teams that leave agents running. What we learn there goes back into the product in the next release.
The founders
Four people trained in engineering and applied artificial intelligence, with years of taking models to production before founding Startti.
Julián Caicedo
CEO and co-founder
Electronic engineer, MSc in automation and PhD in Engineering from the National University of Colombia, with an emphasis on applied artificial intelligence.
He has published a dozen scientific papers on AI for neuroscience and worked on high-impact mental health projects.
Over six years building AI systems as a Data Scientist and as Head of Data Science and Software Development.
Daniel García
CIO and co-founder
Electronic engineer, MSc in automation and PhD in Engineering from the National University of Colombia, focused on artificial intelligence.
He has published scientific papers applying AI to fields such as neuroscience and smart agriculture.
Over seven years as a Data Scientist, collaborating with global companies on AI products.
Miguel Páez
CFO and co-founder
Industrial engineer from Universidad de los Andes and MSc in International Business Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Co-founder and investor in three startups across Europe and Latin America, selling over one million dollars in nine countries.
Over six years in strategic management, fundraising and business expansion.
Margarita Prieto
CSO and co-founder
Systems and telecommunications engineer from Universidad de Manizales, specialist in telecommunications and MSc in business administration and project management.
Over twenty years managing IT projects and contributing to organizational strategy in Colombian public and private institutions.
